The OCCOA Age-Tech Department offers Smartphone Assistance Training every Monday and Friday for older adults who are struggling to use their smartphones or who would like to get better use out of them. Trained volunteers are on hand to provide assistance with the following: answering calls, listening to voice mails, making and answering video calls, blocking unwanted texts, saving addresses in contacts, using your phone’s calendar, finding and downloading apps, using the internet, and much more!
