Gentle Yoga is the “next step” up from Chair Yoga for those would like to explore poses more fully. Students learn to blend mind, body, and breath, together in slow movement. They focus on the basics of yoga to allow students the opportunity to increase their strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications will be available for those wishing to do chair yoga.
