Find relief from stress, fatigue, and anxiety with this gentle modality! Therapeutic Touch Massage is offered with hands moving close to the body by Suzanne Lindbert, LPN, LMT. Gentle touch is used with permission, safely, and respectfully. Therapeutic touch is used for self-care, to boost immunity, and to create mind, body, and spirit balance. Its potential benefits include relaxation, lowering stress and anxiety, supporting healing, and improving sleep. Participants remain fully clothed.
