Holiday parade proceeding rain, shine, sleet, or snow. Parade travels east down Central Ave. to Tree Lighting in Marina Park. Lineup begins at 5:30 PM at Shepler's remote parking lot. No cost to participate. Hot cocoa and cookies available.
