Free community celebration in NuLu featuring Louisville's nationally recognized Halloween parade, more than 60 local artists and vendors, live music, street performers, costume contests, seasonal food and drinks, bourbon barrel racing, Halloween movies and family activities. Street festival begins at 11 a.m., with the parade stepping off at 7 p.m. Tickets required only for optional experiences like the Cider Festival and Urban Farm.
