Works with the tools your community already uses

Nobody has to post twice. The library keeps its library calendar, the chamber keeps ChamberMaster, the school keeps its athletics site. We check them all and keep one calendar up to date, then put it wherever your community looks.

Events come in from websites, Google Calendar, ChamberMaster, school athletics sites, Facebook groups and flyers. They land on one calendar, which shows up on your website, on phones, in calendar apps and on social media.

Where events come from

Give us the places your community already posts. We check them on a schedule and keep your calendar current, with a link back to every original.

Questions

My platform isn’t listed. Will it work?

Probably. Most of what we read is ordinary web pages, calendar feeds, PDFs and flyers, which do not need anything special. We also keep adding support for common platforms. Send us the link and we will check it for you.

Do I need to set anything up with these companies?

No. We read what is already public on your site or theirs. You do not install anything, ask the vendor for access or change how you post.

Are you partners with these companies?

No. These are platforms our customers already use, and we work with what they publish. The names belong to their owners, who do not endorse CommunityConx.

What if a platform changes how its pages work?

We watch for it and adjust. If something stops updating for a while, we tell you, and events can always come in by email or the add-event form in the meantime.

Is it okay to bring in events this way?

We only read public information, check at a gentle pace and always link back to the original page. If a site owner asks us to stop, we stop.
